3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If you cancel within 14 days of payment and no notarial actions have been initiated.
• Partial Refund: If notarial work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on services rendered and expenses incurred.
• No Refund: Requests made after 30 days of payment or once the notarial act is fully completed.

To submit a refund request, please use our contact form with your transaction details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Limitation of Liability

DealNotary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use notarized documents beyond the scope of our services.
